US conducts 10th consecutive night of strikes on Iran targeting military sites

The United States military carried out its tenth straight night of airstrikes against Iran, hitting command centres, air‑defence, missile and drone launch sites and maritime assets. Central Command said the attacks aim to further degrade Iranian capabilities that threaten commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. The strikes follow the killing of U.S. service members in Jordan and Iraq and fresh Iranian attacks on allies Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain. Shipping through the strait has been disrupted, pushing Brent crude above $88 a barrel. Diplomatic talks continue, with Iran’s interior minister visiting Pakistan to revive a stalled cease‑fire.
