Two US Service Members Killed, One Missing After Iranian Missile Attack in Jordan

U.S. Central Command confirmed that two American service members were killed and a third is missing after Iran launched ballistic missiles and drones at a U.S. base in Jordan on Friday. The attack also injured several other U.S. personnel, who have since been treated and returned to duty. In response, the United States carried out a new round of airstrikes against Iranian targets on Saturday, aimed at degrading the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and deterring further attacks on the Strait of Hormuz.
